Brand & Visual Designer collaborating with Plau; led identity and packaging direction, typographic palette, color system, and production‑ready assets.
Problem
Needed a distinct, origin‑driven voice across packaging and digital; the dense bar (>65% cocoa) required functional design without losing impact.
Approach
Defined the tagline “Do Cacau à Alma”; created a sign‑painting wordmark with standalone “B”; envelope packaging with cocoa arabesques (“Baianesques”) and serigraphy seals; color by chocolate type; typographic system (Delvard, Italian Plate, Baleia numerals, Arek); bar designed into six pieces for usability and drama.
Outcome
A memorable, provenance‑first identity that differentiates on shelf and online, deepens storytelling, and scales consistently across packaging and digital touchpoints.
