After a major strategic reset, holi had a clear brand vision but no concrete system to support consistent execution across teams and channels.
Approach
Turned the brand book into a living design system, translating principles into reusable components, patterns, and workflows applied across product and marketing.
Outcome
A clear and recognisable brand experience, faster execution across teams, and strong external perception, with many hiring candidates explicitly highlighting the website and overall design clarity as a positive first impression.
